Rosa’s Story
An animated PSA created with the Ventura County AIDS Partnership, Rosa's Story gives a face and a voice to the AIDS epidemic in Ventura County. The voice of Rosa is performed by actress Maria Conchita Alonso, and animation is by Arvin Bautista, who also animated My Suicide.
Monster Meddy
An animated PSA created for the Ventura County Health Care Agency Alcohol & Drug Programs in collaboration with Daniel DelPurgatorio of Vitamin Pictures. When Monster Meddy was released in June 2013, prescription drug overdose had become the leading cause of accidental death in the United States. The film addresses that crisis through animation, making the subject accessible to a broad audience.
